More good news for clients of The Letting Partnership! The company’s high quality tenant referencing service, which is available exclusively to agents who use The Letting Partnership’s client accounting services, has just got even better with the launch of an online version.

Gill Waller, Compliance and Development Manager for the Letting Partnership, says: “We are very excited to launch this new online process. We are always looking at new ways of helping our agents to save time whilst continuing to provide their clients with a high quality service. This will streamline the whole process so that our agents can concentrate on developing their businesses.”

Clients of The Letting Partnership can now start the referencing process by simply submitting some basic details online.

From here prospective tenants and guarantors will be invited to complete an online form and upload their supporting documents. The Letting Partnership will then take over, undertaking all the relevant references and keeping the agent up to date with the progress.

Not only does this new process save agents time, it reduces the amount of paperwork required and presents the agent with a new comprehensive PDF report on each applicant referenced.

Over the last few months, The Letting Partnership has seen an unprecedented rise in the number of new customers as many agents look to move away from providing services in house to a more cost effective and efficient outsource solution.
