Our staff will log into your bank each morning, download the statement and receipt all credits on to your software.
We will allocate the funds or query them with agents if we are unable to locate the recipient. We understand tenants sometimes don’t use the correct narrative and that this can impact the landlord, so we proactively work to resolve this.
We will make payments to landlords, suppliers and deposit providers, ensuring these are registered within statutory timeframes. We also send landlords statements by email from your software, which appear as pdfs on your headed paper.
We’ll even draw down and pay your NRL tax for you every quarter and you will receive a full income and expenditure report on a frequency of your choosing.
