Increased Demand

We are witnessing a surge in demand for our services at The Letting Partnership post lockdown, with expectations that our business will grow by 40 per cent this year.

As a specialist provider of services to the letting industry we decided to expand our team to meet the needs of our current and new clients.

As letting agents redeploy staff to focus on other areas, and recession looms, we knew this would lead to demand for our outsourced client accounting and client money protection.

Planning ahead

We spent our time during lockdown planning for this and deciding how we should expand the team once restrictions eased. A recession seemed inevitable.

We knew agents would be keen to save money through outsourcing and would turn to specialist services like The Letting Partnership to give them peace of mind that their clients’ money was safe and that they remained compliant.

We’re so pleased to welcome our new employees to the team to help us grow and position the business for success.

Mannie Tupholme joins us as Client Accounts Manager and will oversee the day to day management of tasks, people and training on the processing side of the business.

We have also created two new roles within the business, including Client Induction Lead John Westwood, who will specialise in bringing new clients on board and Client Liaison Lead Matt Kemp Smith, who will focus on retaining and relationship building with existing clients.

We have already recruited new apprentice Millie Draper and we are still recruiting for one more apprentice who will report to Mannie to enable the Client Processing Team to take on additional work. This is especially close to hearts as it’s a very challenging jobs market for young people and we’re very proud to be able to help.

And this month the Client Money HealthChecks team will have extra support from new recruit Kayleigh Croft. There has been a strong demand for this online service as many lettings agents and accountants continue to work from home and getting an accountant to visit an agent’s office proves challenging due to the ongoing pandemic.

Welcome to the team all! We’re looking forward to working together.
