Bookkeeping & Payroll
Coding and input of all office account, petty cash, personal expense and accrual transactions to SAGE Online registration and subsequent filing of PAYE and VAT returns Monthly Management Reports including Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet Statement, Trial Balance and Debtors/Creditors List Payroll management including pay slip production through to online annual returns.
Annual Business Accounts
We work in partnership with Chartered Accountants who are fully conversant with the letting industry’s codes of practice.
If we do your bookkeeping we can also:
Maintain company secretarial records File all relevant documents at Companies House based on information provided Prepare statutory year end accounts at the year-end Prepare abbreviated accounts for filing at Companies House Electronically tag the year end accounts for filing with HMRC Prepare corporation tax computations and CT return for filing Prepare dividend documents as necessary.
Year-end accounts are provided to you within 3 months of financial year end.
Quarterly & Half Yearly Reviews
Provided that our accountants deal with your annual business accounts they will also carry out quarterly and half yearly reviews of year to date figures and provide tax and dividend planning advice.
Annual Client Account Audit – Industry Compliant
If you require an annual client account audit we are able to carry this out and produce an audit certificate (subject to findings) in accordance with NALS and ARLA codes of practice.
Where we are also completing your annual business accounts the client account audit is undertaken simultaneously.
